We have been fortunate enough to travel to some absolutely amazing destinations. We’ve traveled from freezing cold Alaska to the spectacular island of Aruba.
Some of our favorite places to visit are Belize, St. Thomas, Mexico, and Bonaire. We also love exploring our home state of Florida and our home away from home, North Carolina.

A Recap of Our Adventures
Our 2023 Adventures– We have another year of adventures planned out! This year we’ll be visiting Iceland, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
Our 2022 Adventures– With COVID numbers dropping, we were able to take the kids on their first overseas trip. This is something that I have been looking forward to since we first adopted them! We visited the Dominican Republic and Turks & Caicos. I think we may have made cruisers out of them!
Our 2021 Adventures– When this whole pandemic thing started, I never imagined that it would last more than a year. While we didn’t travel abroad during 2021, we did manage to squeeze in quite a few road trips. We spent a lot of time exploring northeast Florida and southeast Georgia during 2021. I’m actually quite impressed with how many places we hit up this year- all things considered.
Our 2020 Adventures– When I started to think back and plan out our 2020 recap, I initially thought that we didn’t get much accomplished on the travel-front this year. However, as I looked through pictures, I realize we did a lot more than I thought we did!
